How To Walk Away book review

How To Walk Away by Katherine Center is a romance book published in 2018.

After reading The Bodyguard by Katherine Center, I knew I wanted to read more of her books. I decided they would make great vacation reads, so I downloaded several of them to my Kindle to read on a recent trip to Oregon.

How To Walk Away follows Margaret, who is living her dream life, when an accident on what should be the best day of her life changes it forever.

In the hospital, she is forced to face her new life, her fiance, who she has to forgive, and her family, which is full of secrets.

This book is a romance, but it is so much more. It deals with family, friendship, forgiveness, and more. It is a romance, but it goes so much deeper.

One of the reasons I decided to give Katherine Center a try is that I keep seeing people say that her books are clean romances. I might be really old-fashioned, but I disagree with that. They are pretty clean, but I would not consider them clean fiction. The few books of hers that I have read do have a few spots that were more detailed than I expected from a book many label clean romances. I will read more Katherine Center books, but I just wanted to add that warning for those who like to know. I would love to hear your thoughts if you have read her books.

That being said, I finished How To Walk Away in less than twenty-four hours and instantly started reading her latest book, The Rom Commers.

A lot of clean romance is a bit cheesy. What I like about Katherine Center is that it is a reasonably clean romance with some depth. I wouldn’t want to read this type of book all the time, but it makes for great summer reads.
