This book is true life meets fiction. The story is based on the love story of the author’s parents. I love novels that read like real life and this book is just that. It reads like real life, because so much of it is based on real life love letters written during WWII. If you enjoy historical fiction, especially WWII historical fiction, this would be a great book for you.
