Lynn's Review

Consider the Lilies by Jonny Ardavanis is a Christian nonfiction book that was published in 2025.

I read this as part of a summer Bible Study. I almost didn’t add it to my August reads, but I started the book earlier this summer and finished it in August, so I decided to add it to the list. 

The subtitle for this book is “Finding Perfect Peace in the Character of God,” and I think it sums up the book well. 

This book was a great reminder that God is in control and we can find peace in that. 

It reminds us that dwelling on the character of God can help us with worry and anxiety. 

This book would be great as just a basic read, but it is also made for a great Bible study book. I loved the discussions that emerged each week as we gathered together.
