Enough About Me by Jen Oshman is a Christian book published in 2020.

Enough About Me, Find Lasting Joy in an Age of Self, by Jen Oshman, is a book perfect for our current times. 

This book was published in 2020, but I feel like it is even more relevant today than it was in 2020. 

We live in a world full of promoting self and me time, but is that how a Christian should live? No, Christians should not live for self, we should live for Christ. 

We are told in books and on social media that we need more me time. More relaxing.  More fun. More wine. A nicer house and car. The list goes on and on, but do those things ultimately make us happy? No, only Christ can fulfill those needs. 

We are commanded to live for Christ, not for self. We are made in God’s image, and this book was a good reminder to live our lives for Him, the only one who can bring us true joy.
