The fact that I read the book The Other Side of the Coin might surprise some people, but I love the history of Queen Elizabeth.
I don’t care about the gossip, the tabloid headlines, or the clickbait titled articles. I just love the history. Can you imagine the things that Queen Elizabeth lived through and saw? She was far from perfect, but she was a stable icon in the ever changing world.
This book was a fascinating look into what it took to dress the queen written by her personal assistant and senior dresser. It is a look into why and how certain clothes are chosen. I loved this look into Queen Elizabeth’s life.
