To Love A Lady by Gabrielle Meyer book review

To Love a Lady by Gabrielle Meyer is set in the Gilded Age New York and Victorian England. It was published in 2026.

Keira O’Day was raised by her aunt and uncle in tenements of New York. Her life changes when she is offered a job working for Maude Hill, a wealthy New Yorker seeking to rise in society.

Maude’s nephew, Alexander Paxon-Hill, does not approve of Keira taking the job. However, Maude goes ahead with the plans and takes Keira to England with plans of finding her a duke to marry.

As Keira works to solve the mystery of who her parents are, she unravels a mystery that changes her life even more.

I have had several Gabriella Meyer books on my Kindle to read for a while. I saw this new release on Kindle Unlimited and decided to give it a try.

I enjoyed this for a quick, fun read. I liked that the storyline was different than other books like this that I have read.

At times,s I thought it was a bit unrealistic, but I also know that during the Gilded Age, people did crazy things to marry their daughters off for a British title.

If you like clean romance books, I think you might enjoy To Love a Lady by Gabrielle Meyer.

This was a four star clean romance read for me.
