Christmas At Shelter Inn by RaeAnne Thayne was published in 2023. 

I have read several other RaeAnne Thayne books and enjoyed them. I love that many of her books are set in the Pacific Northwest, an area that I am very familiar with. 

In Christmas At Shelter Inn, Natalie returns home to the small town she grew up in, to help her sister. After wrecking her car in a snowstorm, she meets Griff, her brother’s best friend.

She has mixed feelings about both returning home and Griff because they hold memories that she has been running from for years. 

Griff has his own problems, including overcoming what his dad did years ago that forever changed the small town they grew up in.

This book was totally predictable, yet fun. I love that RaeAnne Thayne’s characters have a little more depth than many Christmas books. 

And although this one was PG, it was cleaner than some of the other Christmas romance books I have read recently.
