Grace's Review
Defining Noah Webster in and of itself was a very factual read. I did find it slow, but it taught me a lot about the English language and Noah Webster. It talked a lot about Noah Webster’s beliefs and thoughts before and after he was a Christian. It also talked about the school system back in the founding of America. I did enjoy learning some about the English language and how there was such a variety of words and different spellings before Webster began his work. If you don’t know much about Webster, you might like this book in learning more about him, and I can also see this as a great book for tweens and teens who may appreciate the English language by learning more about it.
