I am sharing what I read in March 2025.

March was a great reading month for me when it came to fiction. It was not so great when it came to nonfiction.
I seem to be in a nonfiction reading slump. I finished two nonfiction books last month, but I started one of them back in January, so I only had a little bit of it to finish in March.
However, April is off to a great start. I am currently reading a memoir that I cannot put down. It is so good, and I think it is getting me out of my nonfiction reading slump.
Here is what I read in March.

Fiction

While the City Sleeps by Elizabeth Camden. I really enjoyed the writing and setting of this book, but there were a few historical inaccuracies that drove me crazy.

The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah. I read this book about ten years ago and decided it was time for a reread. I enjoyed it even more this time.

Memory Lane by Becky Wade. This was a fun, clean rom-com. It had a depth to the characters that you often don’t find in clean romance books.

The Ship of Brides by Jojo Moyes. A follower on Instagram recommended this book when I was looking for historical fiction with one timeline. It is about a ship of Australian brides after WWII. I really enjoyed it.
Nonfiction

The Siege by Ben Macintyre. This is about the six-day hostage crisis in 1980 at the Iranian embassy in London. This was a slower read for me, but I learned a lot about since I knew nothing about the event.
Christian Nonfiction

Pause by Sarah Allen. This is a book about Christian women and middle age, so it is not for everyone, but I enjoyed it.
