The Lieutenant's Nurse book review

The Lieutenant’s Nurse by Sara Ackerman was published in 2019. It is WWII Historical Fiction.

This is the second of several books about Pearl Harbor that I read recently. I enjoyed this one, but not as much as The Girls of Pearl Harbor

Eva is a nurse with the U.S. Army Corps. She enlisted to escape her life and problems.

On the steamship headed to Hawaii, where she will be stationed, she meets Lt. Clark Spencer, a U.S. intelligence officer.

This book combines WWII, a mystery, and, of course, a little romance.

It is a book about friendship, trust, war, and love.

This is the second book by Sarah Ackerman that I have read, and I plan to read more.
