A Ruff Royal Christmas by Karen Schafer is a clean Christmas romance published in 2025.
After reading Finding Christmas, I decided that I wanted to read another Christmas book by Karen Schafer. I liked A Ruff Royal Christmas, but it was definitely more unrealistic than Finding Christmas.
A Ruff Royal Christmas is about a veterinarian who is also a well-known dog trainer and a type A princess.
The Queen hires the dog trainer to train the new family dog that the princess does not want to keep.
The dog gets lost, and love is found.
That is pretty much the book. If you need a clean, fun Christmas read, this is good. Just know that it is a bit cheesy.
