This was a pretty good presidential book. It is over 600 pages and is a bit of a tedious read. I was able to learn quiet a lot about John Adams and the time around his life. He is a fascinating man who made many differences in his life. Of course, he was not perfect, but he had any great qualities that we can look at. I also enjoyed learning about his wife, Abigail, and I found out what a smart and political wife she was. This is probably one of the better books on John Adams and is definitely worth the time it took to read.
