In The Noel Stranger by Richard Paul Evans Maggie Walthers life is turned upside down when her husband is arrested.
She then meets Andrew the guy who runs the Christmas tree lot down the street. Their friendship turns to love, but it has lots of twists and turns along the way.
I enjoyed this one more than The Christmas Promise. I thought the storyline was a little better on this one. It was still sappy sweet, but I didn’t guess the ending until at least seventy-five percent in.
Yes, it is an unrealistic love story. How many people meet a guy at a Christmas tree lot and then fall in love with him in just a few weeks? Not many. This is definitely a Hallmark style book, but I still enjoyed it
