It is the first week of August and that means it is time to share what I read in July.
I didn’t think that July was going to be a great reading month for me, but my reading picked up the second half of the month. I ended up reading seven books.
What I Read In July
I am sharing a few thoughts on each book, but click on the title of the book for a full review and more information.
Fiction

Sing Me Home To Carolina Joy Callaway. This romantic comedy was a three star read for me. I know a lot of people will love this one, but it wasn’t for me.

Hello Stranger by Katherine Center. This book is exactly what I love about Katherine Center’s writing. They are romance books that teach you something and they make you think.

The Unselected Journals of Emma M. Lion. I finally read book one in the series I have seen all over social media this year.

The Late Mrs. Willoughby by Claudia Gray. This is book two in a fun mystery series set in the world of Jane Austen.

Everything’s Coming Up Rosie by Courtney Walsh. I really enjoyed this clean romance book set in a retirement community. If you like Courtney Walsh books I think you will enjoy this one.
Nonfiction

Source Code by Bill Gates. Source Code is Bill Gates memoir. I love to read memoirs because I find people fascinating.

What Doesn’t Kill You by Tessa Miller. I gave this memoir two and a half stars. Be sure to read my full review for why it wasn’t a book for me.
I would love to hear what you have been reading in the comments.
We’re these audiobooks you listened to? I would love to have some more audiobook recommendations!
Thanks 😊
